The service was friendly, no complaints whatsoever.

The place was brilliant for summer holidays. My room was cool and airy with fab bathroom. Having an electric kettle, a personal safe and a sofa bed was very convenient. Enjoyed my stay, had a quite comfortable experience.

I had an enjoyable experience with a cozy king-sized bed and a quick dinner option downstairs that let me skip the walk. The live music added a nice touch for relaxation after a bustling day. The furniture could use a bit of touch-up, but that didn't stop me from really enjoying my stay! 🎶

Good for Families, but Noisy Nights

Our family enjoyed the spacious King Room during our two-night stay, though the late-night street noise kept us awake. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and an unexpected visitor. For a peaceful experience, request a room away from the street.

Fine penthouse views

Location perfect for exploring. The restaurant serves massive portions, great food. Found it noisy at night due to nearby pubs.

We enjoyed a spacious room and a nice shower during our one-night stay. The atmosphere was really relaxing, especially with the live acoustic music near the lounge and the cozy fire pit ambiance outside. Just a heads up, the noise from nearby pubs could get a bit loud, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

The room's ambiance was perfect for a couple's getaway. We found a good local restaurant nearby, which enhanced our experience. If allergies are a concern, consider requesting hypoallergenic pillows in advance for a better night's sleep.

It was super central , made getting around tenby really easy. The king room was spacious and comfy, really decorated well. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Dinner at the restaurant was amazin, just be aware portions are huge so skip the starter!

Unfortunately, noise levels can be a bit of a nuisance, especially from surrounding nightlife on weekends. While the room size is advertised as a king, it felt more like a standard double, which can be a letdown for those expecting more space. Cleanliness left something to be desired. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and uncleaned cups. The laundry room's proximity was less than ideal, with the sounds of machines intruding on nighttime peace. Lastly, without breakfast options on-site, it reminded me of a missed opportunity for convenience that typically elevates a stay.
